Quite a bit of fun shooting a small group of least sandpipers feeding and resting. Enjoyed this image especially, the symmetry in shape between the peep and the freshwater mussel, the fact it seemed to mimic the shape of the mussel for camouflage when resting, and it shows the remarkably small size of these shorebirds in comparison to the tennis ball sized mussel. No crop

I like your choice of selective focus on the bird's head and the top of the mussel. Excellent low point of view and lovely earth tones throughout the image. And a great image revealing the small size of the Sandpiper compared to the mussel. Well done, Drew!!!

Great comparison between the two main elements of your frame, Drew! Excellent.
