I agree with David on both counts plus terrific composition.  My only nit is the out of focus dark object below the tail.  To my eye it looks like this should be eliminated.

The tail of the hummer provides a great leading line into the image, and the composition is excellent, Jake! Agree with Warren on removing the dark blurry object below the tail. Excellent work! :)

Nice shot Jake! Like the fly on the flower. I believe the bird is a Long-tailed (or perhaps Violet-tailed) Sylph.
