Hi,
I'm new to birds, and relatively new to photography. I wanted to post this image to get your thoughts on it. Do you like it? It is a Crimson Honey-eater in North Queensland, Australia. It has been breakfasting on flowers and has crumbs all over it's face.

Welcome to NatureScapes! This is a delightful species with beautiful color. Nice takeoff shot with wings extended and a clear view of the face.

Welcome!  This is a really lovely colourful frame and the action of the bird coming towards you is well captured.  I might take a sliver off the left side to eliminate that flash of white as it does catch the eye and take it away from the star of the show. Just my 2 cents worth.   :)
