I am far from being a Gull ID expert but the yellow legs indicate this bird to be a Lesser Black-backed Gull, although I've been wrong before. Nice image of this big Gull!

Thanks Alan:  You are definitely not wrong this time - I am!  And, thanks for letting me know.  Rarely do we ever see a gull this size on the beaches on the west coast of Florida and I thought for sure that it was the Great.
