Nice positioning of this little beauty on the diagonal perch – good composition, Craig!

Hello Craig, The details when viewed large are really good. Is the timing of the migration you're experiencing seem about right?

Thanks, Gene.  I can’t honestly answer your question; up here we get Warblers in their flashy Spring duds, so I’ve never been that interested in the “Confusing Fall Warblers.”  Our dripper was set up 20 years ago in  a spot we can see from the house, but  attracting and ease of viewing were the primary considerations.  Since we’re taking what we see as prudent Covid precautions, we’re pretty much staying home, so the dipper has been made more photogenic and we’re spending hours a day sitting under an apple tree and experimenting on how to deal with sometimes rather challenging light.  We even got a new Yard Bird, (Canada Warbler) this year - we saw 3.  I wonder if they’ve been here all along.
