This bird is the result of a mating between a Great Blue Heron and a Great Egret.  Validated through Cornell Lab. Taken 7-23-20 at Fort DeSoto State Park, Florida.

Jake, Other than the crossbreed, is there an advantage or disadvantage to the crossbreeding.

I was told that they are unable to breed - but, don't know for sure.
