Hi Gene.  Dynamic image.  May I ask what system you used as you have recently used the Olympus, so the data on ss and iso and aperture is not giving any clues onward  re acquisition or system used, etc.   Not critique, just trying to pick info.
Make your life spectacular!

A beautiful, dynamic flight shot, Gene. I would be interested in knowing the camera you used, as well.

Superb timing and detail in this shot all topped off with a great action pose. What more could you ask for.

Great action shot with an unusual turn. I too am curious what equipment you used!

Cynthia,  Recently got an Olympus mirrorless camera and usually use a 300mm lens (600 equivalent).  Mirrorless cameras have some great advantages.  One of my favorites is a histogram shown in the viewfinder.  Even better than the histogram is what you see in the viewfinder is the exposure of the image--in other words, what you see is what you get so it's easy to have the correct exposure almost every time.  This image was shot at 60fps.  It allows you the ability to get images that you cannot see with your eye and unlikely to get with a DSLR.  There's also limitations.  The Olympus does not handle noise very well and the image quality could be better.  It also takes time to learn how to use the camera well and is a difficult process, at least for me.  I think that I broke the code on a couple of things on my last outing and will have to see.
