One of the smallest but also coolest songbirds around Melbourne. Always great fun to see a tiny red bird darting through the woods.

This bird is at a friend's property and doesn't mind our presence anymore. So after getting some nice images on perches, I wanted to do something different, put my 2x extender on, and tried to get as close as I could. 
He didn't stay long but allowed me to get this portrait. The reds gave me a hard time, but I think I managed to tame them.

Exposure is very good, detail in reds, blacks and whites.

Rockstar good. Details, exposure and colors all look amazing. Topped off by that beautiful pink background. Who could ask for more???
