Common Loon

Out on my kayak early this AM in hopes of spotting some loons. Although still a few weeks from seeing chicks, I found a pair and followed them as they dove for their morning meal. This one had just surfaced and called for its mate.

This is really nice, Chuck. And viewed large, it is even better. Great detail, and I love the water drops you captured on the loon's head. Also, the greens in the head and neck are beautiful. Well done!
