Great low POV and I love the specular highlights in the BG. Rim lighting on crown of head is nice.
I would burn the blown-out water in the BG. Blacks look a bit thin so I would increase the blacks in selective coloring and do a tweak in curves.

Biru, Excellent processing of the whites. Could see bringing up the exposure on the head. Agree about the white band. An overall very pretty image.
