Nice to see the colorful male with a female along-she sure is eclipsed by his finery. ;). I don't think I've ever seen a Shoveler with so much beautiful color and variety of plumage. Lovely shot!

Excellent capture Dan, difficult obtaining as sharp and eye as you have in this image .... even still floating in a pond !! Great work !

The male is wonderful, but I’m not sure about the female. A bit of a distraction for me.
