Congratulations on capturing this unusual blastoff behavior. This image really needs to be clicked on and viewed large to be fully appreciated. Impeccable detail throughout, and the composition is beautiful. Love the placement of the tree in the frame – the image would not be the same without its placement. Excellent work.

This is amazing when clicked on! There is so much to enjoy and the detail is exquisite. I love the different behaviours with the resting cranes at the bottom - and the blast off flock above the trees, The composition with the large tree is beautifully done, and there is a wonderful depth to the scene taking us right back to the distant skyline. The more I study this, the more I love it!

This whole scene is just charming-love the big tree and how the birds are all in various stages of motion.
