Good looking bird and pose, background very complementing !! Whites could be slightly over but could be my monitor. btw if they are, sometimes you can recover by making a new layer and multiplying, then paint in the needed areas. Could work for this since its so slight and it is a sweet image !!! Congrats.

The detail and flight position are exceptional, Himadri. And the background complements the the grebe beautifully. Excellent.
