I love the layers here, the sight of the flock taking to the air - and the beautiful colours and early light.  This lovely image really captures the moment.  I have never been to Bosque, but have seen similar behaviour over here, and the sound when this happens is wonderful to hear!  Well done.  

My day is now complete!  To see two dear friends across the pond and their beautiful images for us to enjoy is a real treat.  :)

Love this! Especially the difference in the contrasts- white on dark, and dark on orange. And then the lovely colors in the water....this should be a big mural on a big wall!
