I like this a lot Gene. Really details the differences between the youngster and the adult - particularly the bill.

Jake, You're exactly correct about the bill.  As they mature, the bill changes color.  What most people don't know is that when a Caracara get particularly upset (mad) the bill will turn a bluish color.  When this happens, the other birds will get out of their way, even if it is a youngster.

I like it a lot also... 2 nice head angles and nice to see young and adult for those of us
