A very nice shot of the nuthatch. Lots of detail and a lovely background. Its would be even better, in my view, if you toned down the brightness just a touch. I really like the perch – it has a lot of character.  Nicely done. :)

Engamu, Agree with Ron about the BG. It was also my first observation. Small suggestion would be to add texture and bring down the exposure on the perch a small bit. Like the details throughout the image.

Lovely sharp image- looks very much like our red-breasted nuthatches. nice pose and perch. I am a little puzzled by a darker color arching over the bird's back.
