This year a lot of birds that usually live in desert areas have turned up way further south than normal, due to extreme drought conditions inland.
These Crimson Chats are usually not that easy to come by, but have turned up by the thousands just a 2-hour drive away! Still not an easy bird to get, as they are very skittish, but this male gave me a few poses before darting off! 5D Mark IV 600 L IS 2x TC ISO 800 1/800 |
