Just finished editing a Youtube video from a road trip in June starring many of these guys.
We were set up at a water source with lots of parrots coming in and after a while, I really wanted to try some flight shots. So I set a really high shutter speed, pre-focused on an area the birds would usually fly through and fired away whenever a bird took off or landed.
Hundreds of images later I got one keeper! But that's sometimes all you need :)
