One from a few years back taken at WWT Slimbridge in late afternoon Autumn light.

Canon 1DIV 500f4 + 1.4 TC
Manual Exposure   F6.3  1/3200 ISO 800

A bit tight in the frame, but overall an excellent image. Love the light and exposure. Nicely done.

Many thanks to everyone for taking the time to comment. I agree that I could have cropped a bit more loosely but not much as the bird was about 2/3 full frame.

Chris, I like the crop as it is. Even though the wings are close to the edges, the head is well placed because of the large wingspan. This crop show off the detail better than a looser crop. I also like the water and fall colors as a background.
