What a wonderful first post – welcome to Naturescapes! The composition is excellent, and I love the way you used the tree branches to frame your subject. The visible rain drops and dark background create a special mood in this image. Beautiful work.

Welcome to Naturescapes! This is a most beautiful first post with excellent composition, rich colour and lovely detail in the falling rain. It gives us a fine view of your subject and a feel for the habitat and conditions you found on this day. Very well done!
