Hello Clement. It is a wonderful image you don't see very often, mostly static bee eaters are shown. Was it hard to get this shot?

I was wondering if the 500mm you are using is the new Nikon pf one and if so what you think of it using the 1.4 extender with it?

I use the 500mm f4 FL lens with 1.4xTC.. in good light its an excellent glass. D5 does the rest, it needs a bit practice though..

Exciting pose -very unusual and dynamic. Considerable skill involved, I think. Hand-held, I presume? Amazing!
