Really neat capture! I hope he survived the catfish’s barbs. I have watched a Great Egret try to remove the barbs before swallowing a catfish. Image glows when clicked on.

Fantastic image, Karl. I love the spot light on your subjects with the relatively dark surroundings – it really makes them pop. And I don't think the pose of the Cormorant with catfish could be any better. Just a wonderful shot. Love it.
