Spent a few hours at Bempton Cliffs the other month,and it was teaming with birds.The Gannets were out in force and gave me plenty of opportunities to capture them.

Appears this Gannet was moving out at an amazing pace, Peter. I like the sleek flight pose. Well done.

Something to consider:
With birds in flight,...Bird heading towards you: possibly good shot. Bird parallel with you: possibly good shot. Bird flying away from you: not at all likely a good shot. The only way a "flying away from you" shot tends to work is if the bird is clearly flying towards something interesting,

Usually look better with wings in up or down position.
