In my previous post I had posted the female of the same species in flight. This one is a juvenile male. However, the images have been captured from different places. This has been taken from quite a distance at the first light of the day.

Shot with Nikon D500 + Nikon 300 mm f/2.8 ( VR-I ) + 1.4X TC

1 / 1200s

f / 6.3

ISO 800

Superb capture of the take off action, Biru! Excellent pose, with sharp detail of the plumage and colours, and the trailing water drops are a nice bonus. Well done!
