Returning after a long absence I thought I'd post an image from a recent trip to Ecuador. This image was taken from the tower at Sani Lodge as a couple of Many-banded Aracari dropped onto a few branches abeam the tower platform.

Outstanding exposure on the blacks and a great pose and BG.

Welcome back, Chuck. What a striking image! Perfect timing with the food item in midair, and the colors and markings on the bird are awesome. Excellent work.

Perfectly timed, perfect exposure, pin-sharp, lovely neutral background - ticks the boxes for me. Great shot!
