Just return from Perce, Quebec driving more than 1000 mi to see

Northern Gannets. The light was strong and harsh and I had

less  than 3 hours to take the pictures. It was a difficult task, but

I belief I have the pictures.

Camera  Canon  5 D  Mark  IV

F-stop   f/11

Speed   1/2000 sec

ISO-speed   ISO-800

Focal   600 mm

Manual exposure.

Please follow me at Flickr for high resolution picture.

Very nice shot Peter! Looks pretty good considering strong harsh light.

Love the incoming pose, Peter. Looks like the Gannet is softly floating downward. Definitely a worthwhile trip.
