I sat on the bank for over an hour trying to get a clear shot of this Phalarope.  But, it was not to be.  I think he enjoyed playing hide and seek with me.

Great shot Jake! I know that feeling,,waiting sometimes for hours to get clean shot., but i, that s part of the game...we take whatever mother nature is wiling to offers us.

Jake, It's not conventional to have the stick in front of the bird, but I think it gives a nice feeling of the natural habitat where the Phalarope lives. Really nice details.
