I took this picture on last Thursday evening.
Sent it to a nice lady working for the Forestry Department of Grand River Authorities.
My wife also called her.
The bird was freed and the nest was cleaned by Saturday afternoon.
Same happened three years ago.

Karl, Was the bird tethered to the platform with the rope around his leg? If so, that must have been quite a job removing the rope. Glad you took the time to call.
