On my bike, these guys were attacking me.  21 in focus shots and this is the last before smacking my head.  Focusing w/ the rx10IV is pretty amazing.

Ouch! I remember the same with gulls nesting on top of an office I worked in a few years ago! Not a pleasant experience, Mike.

LOL...by the way, for fans of avocets, stilts, phalaropes, etc, there are 10 of thousands of them at Lake Abert which is full for the 1st time in many years.  Summer Lake where this shot was taken is great for cars, bicycles or canoes.  The trails open to bikes and no motorized vehicles are great.  I had the whole wildlife area to myself.
