This is a pair of Indian Scops Owl (Otus bakkamoena), which is a resident species of owl found in the southern regions of Asia.
I made this image in Pench National Park, India. This was a regular roosting site for this pair. We had 4 safari rides for our trip and we saw them for both morning rides. Roost is a place where birds regularly settle or congregate to rest at night, or where owls and bats congregate to rest in the day. I am an aspiring computer engineer and a passionate photographer.
I make all the photos using canon powershot SX50 HS. Hope you like it. Cheers! You can see more here: indianaturewatch.net/view_cat.php?tag=prathuyd https://500px.com/brillintprathmesh Instagram: _prathuyd_ |
