Hi,

This is a fairly common bird, but they love to stay within thick bushes. Their song can be heard in many areas of Australia during spring and summer.
I don't have many images of these guys and it's always a thrill when you manage to get one out in the open :)

They don't get much better than this! This a beautiful image with a great singing pose, nice clean bg, and a great perch. The little purple berries are the icing on this cupcake! Sharon

Thanks for sharing, Jan, I don't recall seeing an image of this species. Maybe they could rename it, looks like pretty loud 'whistling'. :)
