A lovely portrait, Debapratim. The pose, eye contact, and background are all excellent. Great photograph.

Wow, how is this possible? In my experience this is an extremely shy and elusive bird. I've spent some time trying for it and have heard several, but only have had a single brief glimpse of a bird flying away. You must be a magician!

This bird has such a presence! Both the striking colour and distinctive beak make a definite statement. A superb capture with your usual top quality expertise!
