American Wigeon / Baldpate

I've always been a duck lover, and this particular species is very special to me....my Golden Retriever is named Wigeon!  Canon50D, 500mm, beanbag on rocks at water's edge.   The water is this color due to the reflection of a building, and although it appears abnormal, I think it compliments the colors of the duck.  Thank you for your comment/critiques!

I’m fond of the Wigeon myself. This image is very nice, Sharon. You captured the green on the head beautifully.
