I finally convinced one of these irridescent critters to pose for me this morning.  I wish I had better light and I may get an opportunity later in the day as they are nesting nearby.

iso 500, 100-400 plus 1.4 extender at f9, 250th, A7r3, handheld, 80% full frame, natural back sidelight

Moby, Nice image with everything going for it. Agree about a bit more light. Maybe some fill flash next time?
