These guys are tree trunk specialists and they like Midges by the looks of it.

Nice! Hard to get a shot of these hyper-twitchy guys, and you caught him with his catch! I agree with Jan that you could pull up the shadows a tidge, but this is great as is.

Thanks Jan, thank you all. I lightened it up and also got rid off most of the blue cast.
