It's not often that a Turkey Vulture will sit in a Mesquite tree where they're visible.

Nice composition using the Mesquite tree with the vulture peering across the frame, Gene. Also, very nice pose and detail.

I really like the pose and the overall composition. The detail is great. On my monitor the image looks a bit bright. Almost as if it were over flashed.
Remember, a little mild insanity keeps us healthy
