I had been stepping on Chinese soil a few years ago, but it had been something more familiar, with visits to historical places and less adventurous walks but something more touristy: Shanghai, La muralla China, Xian, Etc.
Not because of that in that opportunity I had done some photo shoots of birds but it had not been the objective at that time.
This time, and because of Alex Vargas, a charming tico, bird-handler, photographer and an extraordinarily beautiful being, I went crazy with a trip he had made and decided to go visit him.
So I connect with some informants, I was in charge of resolving the details with this kind of trip, and in less than 20 days I was all ready, including a visa to China that I got through a postal company the day before going up to the plane - A stomachache.
The details of the trip and I will write in my blog therefore I will leave during the next few weeks some of the avian beauties captured in this unforgettable journey

Great shot of a bird I have never seen in life or in photos. I like the detail and colors. Nice soft Background.
