A very good pose of this egret with its cupped wings. A suggestion would be to lighten the shadows on the egret's body and wings. Also, the blues in the water appear a little bit oversaturated. You captured excellent action in this image with the raised foot which implies motion. Nice shot. :)

I would be tempted to reduce the blues slightly but I love the pose you caught here, it seems to be dancing!
