Taken this morning at MINWR.  I KNEW HE WOULD FLY INTO THE WIND.  I set my active focus on the perch and gave him space to fly into.

CANON  1DX, 500mm, 1.4TC, tripod, ISO 400, F9, 1/4000

Nice take-off- he looks very intent on his goal.I like the stump there for reference. A tad noisy in the sky, perhaps?
