A Black-necked Grebe during last hours of sunset on the waters of barrage.

Used a fill flash here to light up.

7D mark 2 + 100-400mm IS2 + Flash 

1/250sec, f/7.1, iso-400

Looks like some great colors in the water-hard to get this dark bird in low light-you did well. Perhaps you could do even better with a little post-processing - bring up the darks a bit more. Could be exciting to see. Good for you to even try this challenging shot.

Last fall, I had the opportunity to photograph Horned Grebes under very similar lighting conditions. In fact, some of my images look similar to yours. Autofocus and exposure become very tricky under these low-light conditions. You did very well here, Sandeep. :)

Tough shot to pull off and this is nice...
Nice angle and the water lighting is pretty cool.
I could see it a bit lower in the frame.
