I always think Canadian Geese among the saguaro an anomaly -- almost. The lakes in the AZ deserts are more than full causing streams and rivers at capacity and then some. It's good to see geese in the wilderness aside from the golf course and parks. It looks much better in full rez. Advice.. originally  I cropped the lower half to the bottom of the main saguaro that showed the detail of geese best but because of the idea showing the geese in such an environment -- I didn't know if i should crop too much saguaro?

Interesting framing. You don't see many photos of these birds in desert environment.

Must be exciting to see geese there- I think the more environment the better is good in a situation like this, where you want to show the unusual combination of geese and saguaro. It might be nice to see the full frame. Good capture and story!

A very unique and sharp photograph of this pair of geese, AnnaMaria. The inclusion of the saguaro habitat is ideal, because it tells the story — these geese were flying through saguaro country, which is a “anomaly.” The high resolution version of the image needs to be seen to fully appreciate the sharpness and detail in the geese. Nice work.

Definitely the right decision to include as much as possible of the saguaro, AnnaMaria. I like this a lot!
