The extreme cold weather in Nova Scotia means that ponds are mostly frozen over and forcing the ducks to small open areas of water. I have a special spot that is host to common, red-breasted  and hooded mergansers. A few scaup and common goldeneyes are here as well.

Gail, lovely low perspective and excellent feeding behavior. Also, the exposure and detail appear spot-on. Well done!
