Taken in SE New York State 2 days ago from a fixed blind.

Nikon D500 with Tamron 150-600 G2 @ 600 handheld (VC off)
1/2500 sec, F6.3 ISO 400(Auto)

Excellent capture, John. Love the flight pose, with a head turn in your direction, and when viewed large the detail is awesome. As Alan noted, the image is a touch dark. Brightening it up a little will make a great image even better. :D

Nice flight shot of the female. I have seen these birds fighting with Short-eared Owls all the time. They are stalking owls and soon as owl catch a vole here comes the Harrier to harass it.
