It was a long awaited dream to get this most restless bird in frame .
Always love to be under canopy or little bush and came out from there suddenly with very unpredictable movement .

Nikon D500 ,700 mm , ISO 1000, 1/1600 , f 7.1 ,Monopod

Thanks for looking and comments .

The sidelight is beautiful. And the slight head turn in your direction, and resulting eye contact, makes it. Well done!

Great to get it out in the open. It's an accomplishment when the bird's tendency is to stay hidden. Nice pose too.

Nicely done. Background, perch, detail, eye-contact--This image has it all. Could also see it with a portrait crop with the perch dissecting the image?

Beautiful image, Sudipta. A lovely pose and head turn with excellent detail and bright eye in sweet light. Well worth waiting for. Well done!
