Hi guys,

it's been a while. Been working on an exciting project and didn't have much time for other things. Still visiting here often and see all your great images.
Thought it was time to post a bit more again.

Here's a photo of my long time nemesis bird, the Regent Parrot. It took me 7 years from the first sighting to eventually get one down :)
Quite a good feeling, when something finally works out!

Yes, its been way too long, Jan. Isn't it wonderful when a plan finally comes together, and the result shown here is absolutely stunning! Love it.

Jan, this is outstanding! I love the vivid color of the parrot which is set off beautifully by the warm tones in the background. Congratulations on this very fine image.

O my Gosh ... !!! What a beautiful bird this is. The perch is also just too good. Looks like a calendar image to me. Brilliantly executed.
