Photographed at Barnegat Light in New Jersey at high tide. These Scoters are quite skittish and I was happy that he was so cooperative. :)

Axel, very nice job with the exposure and the feather detail. I like the diagonal placement of the bird in the frame, and the touch of yellow on the bill is a great finishing touch.

Great capture, glad the bird was so cooperative. I've got to make it down there.

What a nice scoter. The yellow part of the beak looks nice.

Very nice angle, and the orange came out very well- I've had a hard time with that contrast with these birds. I like the bit of yellow/orange in the reflection too. Well done!

Nicely done, Axel with good detail in the black plumage. The splash of yellow on the bill adds a nice touch, especially as it is also reflected in the water.
