Taken in Michigan's Eastern Upper Peninsula.  She probably took a nestling from a Red-winged Blackbird nest.

Nice action shot Paul. I have a shot of Red-winged Blackbird harassing Bald Eagle and it is sitting on eagles back an pecking it.
These little Blackbirds are fearless.
