Photo taken at Laguna Seca Ranch in South Texas December 11, 2018.

Nikon D850, Nikon 300mm f/2.8 lens, 1/3200 sec at f/8.0, ISO 640.

Black Vultures are willing to mix it up with Caracaras and usually come out on top.

No one really won.  They had a tussle and then they moved on and forgot about it.  Maybe humans could learn from our bird friends.

The action and detail are excellent, Gene!  The flight poses, with the wings up, work beautifully in your composition. Well done.
