More experimenting with D750+500 5.6. Cloned out a branch. Backlit, so did some processing. 
Nikon D750, 500 5.6 lens, 1/4000, f.5.6, ISO 2500

The detail looks good, and for ISO 2500 the noise level actually looks very nice. As Karl notes, the lighting was challenging and you handled it well. Looks like a solid combination of camera gear, Cindy.
