A very nice behavioral image, Paul. I think I can see part of a cone in the beak of the lower bird. The snow is a nice accent to the image.

Such a pretty scene-so nice to see them feeding together in a natural environment. Would make a nice card!

Nice in habitat shot. I have about eight field-guides and all of them calls this bird Pine Siskin. Is it the old name (Sisken) you used?

Nice to get 2 birds in the image. I might have tried upping the ISO to get more depth of focus so the 2nd bird would be a bit sharper. I do realize that these little guys don't usually sit still long enough the play with camera settings.

This was one from a few years back - when I was limited to ISO 400 with that camera, not knowing that noise reduction at higher ISO would come to exist.
